This facility needed additional space to increase production - they had to build UP! Columns inside the existing facility were reinforced before being extended to create the structure that now accommodates more production lines.
This single-story food processing facility was expanded to have a second and third storey. The existing structure remained inside the new building until the envelope was completed
This custom home required a steel frame, pictured above. We also supplied all the miscellaneous metals for the project including lintels and a railing system for the deck in the backyard. We took care of equipment rentals & we get them for a great price.
This facility was expanding so they needed to find room for their mechanical equipment. We built them a mechanical room on the roof and cut an opening in the roof to allow access from inside the existing building.
This facility needed a more space to store all the goods they were producing. We erected the steel frame for a 20,000 square foot warehouse complete with truck loading bays and connected it to the existing building on the left.
This facility required more space to house some new equipment. We erected a platform on the roof of the facility, strengthening the existing columns and building a steel staircase for access.
To build this rooftop platform we had to extend the columns from the inside of the building by cutting holes in the roof. Then we spliced new HSS columns to the top of the steel inside. It was tricky to weld in certain areas, but we got the job done safely.
This facility wanted to install a new staircase for easier access to the mezzanine level. We fabricated the above staircase out of stainless steel, polished and connected it to the mezzanine level
This structure was designed to house mechanical equipment at the bottom level, and a control room on the second level. We added a staircase afterwards, and created an opening to access the main building
